Standing at the front of his band, guitar in hand, singing into his microphone, it is undeniable that Anders Osborne has a very strong and compelling stage presence. The first time I saw him live I’d already listened to quite a lot of his music but hearing his soulful voice in person, in a room packed with swaying people, made me love his music all the more! The song ‘Burning on the Inside’ is my personal favourite, featured on his 1995 album ‘Which Way to Here’, as it has a great guitar solo at the beginning and really showcases Anders’ lovely tone of voice! When he played this song the whole room cheered and sung along to the chorus - the energy and excitement in the room was palpable!
Anders Osborne is an American singer and songwriter with a wealth of music since he has been releasing it since 1989. His most recent release was the album Peace in 2013 and the title track of this album is brilliant! A very emotional song with poignant lyrics and, as per usual with Anders Osborne, beautifully sung.
One of the greatest things about this artist is that he is constantly touring and now is no exception! He has a lot of tour dates coming up in the US so make sure you check out where he’s going to be and get over to see him for an unforgettable night of amazing music! This man is incredibly talented!
