Whether you know them as Flowers or you know them as Icehouse, the Aussie band knows how to rock, and more important how to put on a great rock show. This can be mainly attributed to the work of Iva Davies, the lead singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist. There is a reason they have been around for such a long time, and through their years, starting in the 70s, have kept their old fans, and acquired new ones. People still flock to their shows, and the band makes sure to make it worth their while. The band is still very much rocking out, despite no longer being in their heyday. Because of this, a majority of the audience is completely mixed with people of all ages. The show itself is great fun. Iva Davies takes the time between songs to speak to the audience, from introducing the band and songs, to giving a lot of love for the support of the fans in the audience. There is even a point in the show where he introduces John Oates (from Hall and Oates) who came on stage to perform the song they co-wrote, “Electric Blue.” No matter what your age, the show is loads of energy and fun.
