Australian trio DMA'S have announced an Australian headline tour to mark the announcement of their upcoming fifth studio album. Commencing in Brisbane on November 27 before heading to Melbourne and wrapping up with a hometown show at the iconic Sydney Opera House Forecourt. Due to overwhelming demand following the one-off, sold out Hills End anniversary show in Sydney in March, the band will also play a special Hills End anniversary set to celebrate the 10 year milestone of their debut record.
Renowned for their captivating performances which have seen them play the world's largest stages including Glastonbury, Coachella, Lollapalooza and Splendour in the Grass, the run of shows will see DMA'S bring their upcoming fifth album to life for Australian audiences later this year. The self-titled record will be released on August 7 via Wonderlick Entertainment/Sony Music Australia/RCA UK.
Written and recorded between their own studio in Glebe, Sydney and LA, the self-titled album represents a defining moment for the band, showcasing the evolution of their signature anthemic sound with fresh sonic textures. ItÕs highlighted by the band co-producing most of the record with Grammy Nominated producer Lach Bostock (Mansionair), with help from Jimi Somewhere & Styalz Feugo.
The new album will see the band further build on their incredible history that has seen them deliver four critically acclaimed albums, Hills End (2016), For Now (2018), THE GLOW (2020) and How Many Dreams? (2023), each landing towards the top end of the ARIA Top 10, and with the last 2 albums, THE GLOW and How Many Dreams? reaching #4 and #3 respectively on the UK album chart.
DMA'S has accrued over 500m streams across the catalogue, 4 multi-platinum singles + 2023 ARIA for Best Group.

These young lads from down under played a fantastic short set of their new ep at the Boot n Saddle - a great venue for new Indie acts.
Loved the guitars (three) loved their enthusiasm, and their lead vocalist had a great presence with a very soulful, angsty voice.
The boys played very well and quite loud, but the music flowed beautifully as they very deftly segued from one great hit (Laced) to all of their other very soulful and rocky tunes.
These guys will make it - do not miss them!
