J.B.O have been a band for over a quarter of a century. They bring to the table a very individual metal/rock, with comedy lyrics, almost like the original Steel Panther, rising to fame around the same time that Weird Al Yankovic did. It was infact just a side project that sort of took off after them being together for five years.
Throughout their explosive set, everyone is having the best time in the crowd. There are people simply drinking and celebrating just taking in this fantastic music before them, cheering on every introduction and every guitar solo, along with every joke that they crack. “Bolle” is one of the highlights led buy an introduction made up of a semi-complex riff, with the odd pinch harmonic thrown in there for good measure. They even throw in a cover of one of Sepultura’s biggest selling songs “Roots Bloody Roots” which creates utter mayhem in the mosh pit. A real explosion of bodies happens when they get to the breakdown of this track. Wild fun for everyone involved!
