Peter's melodic and unique bass style was the heart of Joy Division and New Order.
At 60 years old the man is in amazing shape, can still play AND sing like he did 40 years ago!
This was a concert of epic proportions. He played 31 songs, all of New Order Substance, then all of Joy Division Substance.
Sharing the stage with his son Jack, who plays bass like his old man, we were treated to dual bass guitars. I'm glad to see Jack carrying on the family business.
Hooky announced at the start that this was their 400th show, and that their goal was to do more gigs in 5 years than New Order did in 40.
His fitness and stamina were evident throughout. They sounded great, they put on an excellent show and the full house sang along with every word.
This is a must see show for any New Order or Joy Division fan.

We were at the bar getting drinks ( 9 dollar ) cocktails and they wanted us to move ????

I bought 16 tickets for my friends for a fun evening and it was less than
The show was great! Sad to see the rowdy 50 year olds unable to behave up near the stage, otherwise great with one exception - the mic volume was off relative to the music and there was quite a bit of distortion - understanding Peter was an understatement. Great energy, loads of talent on stage, precision in music sound - overall excellent, just wished the mic was not a distraction.
