Show was ok. No opening act, which was fine. Show scheduled to start at 8 p.m. and started around 8:30 p.m. Not a bad thing. Took that long to get a drink. My biggest issue with the show was mainly all the talking. Chris Janson would play maybe two (2) songs and then go into some blah blah blah talking and that kind of killed the show for me. Definitely not the most entertaining concert I have seen. Probably would avoid seeing him again if given the opportunity and will just listen to his songs on the radio. Less commentary.
I'm a total 80's girl with Reo Speedwagon Def Leopard Guns and Roses etc.....but my kids kept telling me to listen to country and I said no way. Then I saw Buy Me A Boat video and Chris Janson standing in the nose of the boat and I was hooked. He converted me from rock to country and he is my favorite singer now. I have all of his songs and his concert made my day! I got to meet him and I told him my story and he gave me a hug! Best night ever next to getting married and having our kids.
I saw Chris at the Silver Legacy in Reno last night. It was an amazing show. He really makes the whole audience feel like they're part of the show. He winds you up with his enthusiasm, and really makes you consider how blessed we all are.
There was a 10-year old boy that he noticed singing all the words to "I Can Fix a Drink" and brought him up on stage to perform with him. It was wonderful. I've gone to a lot of concerts, and I have to say that this one was one of the very best.
Chris Janson was amazing! He not only sang, but interacted with us as well and talked to us so much which was really fun. He also brought up the Stanley Cup which everyone loved because we were back to back champions! His perfomance was awesome and he really got us excited for Sam Hunt. He seemed like he wanted to be there and was excited to see all of us. If I could go back I would in a heartbeat!
Chris Janson is so awesome in concert! He's energetic, he runs around like he's on speed. He pumps the crowd up and can get them involved quickly. He kills in the harmonica and can play drums like Metallica! He was way better than Cole Swindell who was the headliner. Cole could not get the crowd energy going even close to what Janson had. If you've never seen him, he does not disappoint!!
Awesome, awesome, awesome. This is the 3rd time I have seen Chris and he never disappoints. High energy, sincerity and gratitude is who he is and that comes through in his performance. Can't wait to see Chris again. Loved the Islamorada Founder's Park venue--I live here and it is so great to have a festival locally with such a renowned artist!
Great show ! I enjoyed Chris Janson! He put on a great show and interacted with the crowd ! Fun! Enjoyed Good Vibes, Fix a Drink and Drunk Girl . The weather was perfect , good food , friends and awesome country music ! Couldn’t asked for a better outdoor concert ! Big thank you to WIOV and Rutter’s for a great event !
Chris Janson is totally awesome. So much energy. Love his voice and his song Drunk Girl. Would definitely attend more concerts with him on the ticket.
Jake Owens was sensational as always. He knows how to capture an audience. Love his music and voice. Not my first time seeing him and I look forward to see/hear him again.
He is amazing! His enthusiasm is contagious and he comes off as a very "real", very likable guy, genuinely appreciates his fans. The fact that he can sing, plays the harmonica, wants to send us home well entertained are bonuses. I saw him in Vegas with Tim McGraw and look forward to seeing him this summer with Sam Hunt.
This guy is so damn entertaining. He plays the harmonica like a champ, rocks out on the drums like nobody's business!!! Hair is flyin all over the place! Plus, he can sings. Clearly a very talented dude! He is very humble as well.
Seems like a good guy in the most sincere way.
