Kollektivet Livet
A LITTLE ABOUT US
Kollektivet Livet is an artist group and cultural agency that has refused to sit still since the early 00s. We have mainly worked with large-scale installations, design and cultural promotion efforts in public spaces.
In the spring of 2022, we took the next big step. We took over the old Birka Terminal and transformed it into the City Farm Terminal – an accessible cultural centre for all kinds of culture, right in the middle of the action.
Since the doors opened, we have hosted over 1000 events. We've replaced the ticket controls with a top-notch sound system, but kept the soul, concrete, and history of the old halls. Today, most of the building is called Kollektivet Livet, of which our office collective and Culture Studio belong to Stadsgårdsterminalen's operations.
Some of our most memorable evenings have been shaped by acts such as ESG, Michael Rother, Witch Club Satan and Todd Terje to name a few.
